Soundproofing needs significant improvement!!! Expect a racket from the street and hallway – a peaceful night's rest is unlikely. Management should also address the problem of outdated amenities and ensure all television sets and WiFi work properly!!!

Decent for the price

The junior suite was spacious and clean with a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and private bathroom. Staff were lovely and helpful. Free parking was a win. Good location, just a short walk to the high street and train station. Towels and toiletries provided, basic but fine for a night.

Family with children great value

The staff here were really friendly and helped us out with some issues, especially Daljeet at breakfast. Food was really good too! They had an amazing continental breakfast which I appreciated. My son loved the cereal options—they kept him fueled for his trials.

It was just a well-suited match for exploring town in Ilford with value for price. The full English breakfast was plentiful, hot, and good quality. Consider taking an Oyster card for easy travel around London.

Great staff and convenient location

I stayed for 2 nights in a Double Room while visiting the area, and I found the staff to be extremely accommodating and nice. The bed and shower were comfortable, and the hotel is in a good location with easy access to nearby dining and parks. the breakfast could have offered a wider selection.

Had a great time with friends! We visited the Tower of London and no trip to the city is complete without seeing the British Museum. The room was comfy, and the staff were super helpful. Breakfast was decent, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby for a fun evening out!
